Terms of Service

1. Service Description

TradeScholar (“the Service”) is an AI-powered trading journal and educational platform. The Service provides tools including an AI trade journal analyzer (“Journal Intelligence”), an AI setup scorer (“Trade Verdict”), a stock scanner, a backtester, and a position size calculator. The Service is designed for educational purposes and does not provide financial advice.

2. User Responsibilities

By using TradeScholar, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information during registration
• Keep your login credentials secure and confidential
• Use the platform only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or redistribute any part of the Service
• Not share your account access with others
• Accept sole responsibility for all trading decisions you make

3. Beta Program Terms

TradeScholar is currently in beta. During the beta period:

• Features may change, be added, or removed without prior notice
• There is no guarantee of uptime or availability
• Data may be reset during major platform updates (we will notify you in advance)
• Beta access is by invitation only and may be revoked at any time
• Feedback you provide may be used to improve the Service

4. Payment and Refund Policy

TradeScholar offers the following subscription tiers:

• Founding: $29/month
• Pro: $59/month
• Elite: $99/month
• Edge: $149/month
• Mastery: $249/month
• Mentor: $497–$997/month

Subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time, and your access will continue until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact support within 7 days of a charge to request a refund.

5. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in abusive behavior, or misuse the platform. You may also request account deletion at any time by contacting support. Upon deletion, your data will be permanently removed within 30 days.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, algorithms, AI models, branding, and design elements of TradeScholar are the intellectual property of TradeScholar and its affiliates. Your trading journal data and strategies remain your property.

7. Limitation of Liability

TradeScholar is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any trading losses, data loss, or damages arising from your use of the Service. See our Financial Disclaimer for more details.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or an in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
